Quick and Easy Replacement

Replacing the cartridge is simple and can be completed in a few steps:

1. Unscrew and remove the empty cartridge.
2. Unscrew the gas generator cap using an Allen key.
3. Reposition the piston correctly.
4. Reinstall the retaining clip and safety ball until you hear a distinct "click".
5. Carefully screw the generator cap back into place.
6. Ensure the new cartridge is unused and undamaged before screwing it into the gas generator.

• Only use a cartridge that matches the size of your airbag vest.
• Always verify that the cartridge is new before installation.
• Never force any components during reassembly of the gas generator.
• Make sure the piston is correctly positioned before reinserting the safety ball.
