Famaco, a French leather care product company established in 1931, has developed a unique formula for this new eco-friendly product. Indeed, this waterproofing spray does not contain any propellant gas. With its simple and effective spray system, you can impregnate the leather with a protective barrier against rain without the drawbacks of an aerosol. Eco Protect creates a shield against water and stains. You can use it on your boots, handbags, leather jackets... on all materials: smooth leather, suede, nubuck, textile, canvas...

How to protect leather boots from water with an eco-friendly product?

First, dust off the surface with a brush. For suede or nubuck, we recommend using a crepe brush, for example. For smooth leather, you can use a soft-bristled brush. Once your boots are clean and, if necessary, recolored with shoe polish or a renovator for suede (there is also a gas-free product to revive the colors of suede: the Raviv' Daim), spray from a distance of about 10 to 15 centimeters across the entire area to be treated. Let it dry for approximately 1 hour and repeat the process. By protecting them in this way, you can preserve your shoes for longer.
