Breathe Easier

FLAIR® Strips support the soft tissues above the nasal passages to help reduce collapse during exercise, a phenomenon that occurs in all horses while working. This allows oxygen to enter more easily and improves breathing efficiency.

Instructions for Use

How to Apply FLAIR® Strips

1. Clean and dry the horse’s nose and brush the hair upward.
2. Bend the side edges of the strip downward along the indicated fold lines.
3. Remove the center section of the backing liner, fold it back along the marked lines, hold the strip by the folded liner, and then remove the side sections of the backing liner.
4. Position the strip approximately two finger widths above the nostrils. Press firmly in the center first to secure the strip, then remove the remaining center backing and firmly press down the entire strip to ensure proper adhesion.

For best results, apply FLAIR® Strips at least 30 minutes before exercise, riding, or any activity that may cause the horse to sweat.

Storage

Store FLAIR® Strips at room temperature. Exposure to extreme heat or cold may affect adhesion.

How to Remove the Strips

Allow the horse to cool down and recover fully before removing the strip. Gently but firmly peel the strip away starting from the top corner toward the center.

The adhesive may cause slight hair loss, similar to normal shedding.
