Sugar content in Horslyx

Horslyx contains relatively little sugar compared to a horse’s daily feed intake. For example, a 500 kg horse eats about 50 kg of grass per day, which can contain up to 2000 g of sugar. If that same horse consumes 0.25 kg of Horslyx per day, it will only ingest 82.5 g of sugar. Since horses consume only a small amount of Horslyx daily, the added sugar intake remains low. Moreover, horses tolerate sugar well, especially when it is consumed in small amounts and throughout the day (such as while grazing or licking a block).
