The Soft Flex ring bit is a combination of a straight mouthpiece with shock-absorbing cushioning and a single welded ring mouthpiece.

The Soft Flex mouthpiece consists of three layers:

• A central core ensuring flexibility: the flexibility stimulates the same mechanoreceptors as a traditional straight mouthpiece.
• The body provides ergonomics: the mouthpiece adapts to the specific shape of the horse’s mouth based on the rider’s hand movements.
• The outer layer provides cushioning: the Soft cushioning allows for significant absorption of the signals from the rider’s hand. The information is transmitted in a very softened manner, making this bit particularly suitable for sensitive horses.

Adéliane is the material that makes up the outer layer. It has hypoallergenic and biocompatible properties, ensuring the protection of the horse’s mucous membranes. Additionally, the ergonomic design of the bit provides extra protection against chafing, pinching, and pressure points often observed with mouthpieces that have one or more visible joints.
