The Martin Collar is a combination of a breastplate and a martingale. Like the first model, this second version of this technical product was created in collaboration with Pénélope Leprevost.
The fit of the breastplate section can be optimized thanks to the elastic at the withers, which reduces the space between the chest and the girth attachment. The detachable martingale fork section can be added to the collar.
This design also helps prevent horses with generous strides from getting their forelegs caught in the girth attachment. An elastic strap, protected by synthetic sheepskin in a natural color, protects the horse’s withers. It is equipped with an adjustable buckle on each side. Additionally, it features our signature cream stitching, allowing it to match the rest of the collection. When used alone, the breastplate section can be combined with our Howlett training aid, elastic breast collar, and various martingale attachments.
