• Plant-based glucosamine: protects and makes the cartilage more flexible;
• Plant-based chondroitin (2000mg/40g): promotes regeneration and maintenance of joint surfaces and the production of synovial fluid;

• Flaxseed oil (omega 3): with analgesic properties;
