Directions for use:

• Our new improved formula for a soothing, refreshing, and easy-to-apply gel to refresh tired tendons and joints after exercise or competition.
• Clean the desired area from any other application, generously apply the Green Ice Gel. Use with or without bandages and, if desired, gently wash off any residue once dry.
