The TurboStar 40 mm tape by Gallagher is one of the safest and most advanced electric fencing tapes for horses. Its high visibility and wide contact surface create a strong visual barrier, reducing the risk of injury.
Superior conductivity:
With an ultra-low resistance of 0.06 Ω/m, this tape conducts up to 40 times better than standard tape. Four tinned copper wires (0.30 mm) ensure excellent conductivity, even over long distances (>500 m). Ten stainless steel wires distribute the current across the full width, including the edges.
Reinforced design:
The top and bottom edges are reinforced to prevent tearing and minimize stretch. This keeps the tape tight with minimal maintenance while allowing controlled breakage under extreme pressure.
Windflow technology:
The open structure reduces wind impact, prevents flapping and extends lifespan.
