Its straight leather-covered mouthpiece, reinforced with a nylon core for added strength, offers an exceptionally soft and natural feel. Unlike stainless steel, Sweet Iron or other metal alloys, leather does not create a cold sensation in the horse's mouth. As it softens with use and saliva, it creates a feel that closely resembles skin-to-skin contact, encouraging relaxation, confidence and improved acceptance of the bit.
