Nacrigyl - Horse Clay

Nacrigyl - Horse Clay is ready-to-use green clay enriched with mother-of-pearl and essential oils. It is applied to the horse's limbs or any type of bruise.

Properties of Nacrigyl - Horse Clay:

• Draining effect and tissue decongestion
• Helps muscle relaxation after stiffness
• Refreshing and soothing effect, especially on tendons
• Helps reduce swellings

Mother-of-pearl helps limit cell aging through its antioxidant action.

Green clay, 100% natural, contains superfine material (surfine) which gives it soothing and draining properties due to its astringent properties, helping to eliminate toxins from tissues.

Various essential oils combine their actions to enhance the draining effect and tissue tightening. They contribute to improving blood and lymphatic circulation and soothe any potential heat sensation.

When to Use Clay for Horses:

This decongestant poultice is recommended in the following cases:

• Horses subjected to significant efforts (show jumping, eventing, endurance, dressage, racing, competitions, difficult terrains,...)
• Horses prone to swellings, soft swellings (especially hock soft swelling or windgalls)
• Horses prone to swellings
• Muscle contusions or stiffness
• Horses prone to tendonitis or ligament issues

How to Use Green Clay:

• Brush and/or wash your horse's legs or the affected area.
• Apply a first layer of clay against the hair growth, then a thick second layer in the direction of hair growth.
• When using Nacrigyl - Horse Clay on your horse's legs, do not hesitate to apply clay on the knees and fetlocks of the horse.

Two possible uses:

• Leave to dry in the open air for 6 to 12 hours,
• Or for prolonged action, wrap the clay in paper then apply cotton and stable bandages, leave for 12 hours.

To remove the clay, brush or wash with water.

Nacrigyl - Horse Clay is applied and removed very easily.
