Kentucky Horse BIB Winter

The Winter BIB provides the ideal protection for your horse's chest, guarding against friction caused by blankets. It is a pad that features two flaps designed to be placed on the front of the blanket where the chest closures are located. One flap is inserted inside the blanket, directly against the horse's chest, while the other is positioned on the outside to secure the BIB in place. Both edges of the BIB have notches to ensure it stays securely in position.

Since the BIB is in direct contact with the horse's skin, it is covered with artificial rabbit fur. This exceptionally soft material provides an extremely comfortable sensation. Artificial sheepskin is sewn along the edge of the Winter BIB to prevent friction around the neck and offer even more comfort. The outer fabric of the BIB is 100% polyester. Not only does it prevent friction, but it also equalizes the pressure exerted by the blanket on the horse's chest. The BIB can also be used in the same way to protect the withers and is adaptable to all types of blankets.
